Regular Time

  • All markets, except for period, overtime, and penalty shootout markets, are settled on regular time only, unless otherwise stated.

Penalty Shootouts

  • If a game is decided by a penalty shootout, one goal is added to the winning team’s score for settlement purposes.

  • This only applies to markets that include overtime and shootouts.

Open Markets & Already Occurred Events

  • If a market remains open after goals or penalties have already occurred, the sportsbook may void affected bets.

Incorrect Match Time or Score

  • If odds were offered with an incorrect match time (more than 2 minutes), affected bets may be voided.

  • If the scoreboard shows the wrong score, all markets during that time will be voided.

Player Props Markets

Predict individual player outcomes (goals, assists, shots, etc.):

  • Participation: If a player in your bet does not play, the bet is void.

  • Settlement: All player bets are settled using the final official box score from the data provider.

  • Venue Changes: Bets stand if the venue changes but the game is not postponed more than 48 hours and the home team remains the same.

  • Suspended Games:

    • If a game is suspended and resumes within 36 hours, all bets stand.

    • If resumed after 36 hours, bets are void, unless already determined prior to suspension.
