Match Retirement / Walkover / Early Termination

If a match is retired, walked over, or ended early before key points or games are completed, unsettled or affected bets are void, unless the outcome of a market is already certain.

Examples:

  • Example A: A set ends at 4-4 and is abandoned:

    • Bets on Over/Under 9.5 games are settled as Won/Lost, because any natural conclusion would have at least 10 games.

    • Bets on Over/Under 10.5 games are void.

  • Example B: Best-of-3 match abandoned at 6-4, 4-6:

    • Bets on Over/Under 25.5 games are settled as Won/Lost.

    • Bets on Over/Under 26.5 games are void.

  • Example C: Best-of-3 match abandoned at 6-4, 4-6, 5-5:

    • Bets on either player with a handicap of +2.5 or moreWon

    • Bets on either player with handicap of -2.5 or lessLost

    • Bets on tie with handicap +/-3 or moreLost

    • Bets on handicaps -2 to +2void

Delayed or Interrupted Matches

  • If a match is delayed (rain, darkness, etc.), all markets remain unsettled.

  • Betting continues once play resumes.

  • Bets are only void if the tournament is officially cancelled or postponed.

Penalty Points

  • If penalty points are awarded by the umpire, all bets on that game stand.

Early Match Completion

  • If a match finishes before all points or games are completed, all affected point/game markets are void.

Incorrect Score Display

  • If a market is open with an incorrect score that significantly affects the odds, the sportsbook can void the affected bets.

Incorrect Player/Team Display

  • If players or teams are displayed incorrectly, the sportsbook reserves the right to void affected bets.

Changes That Do NOT Affect Bets

Bets still stand if there’s a:

  • Change of venue

  • Change of match day or schedule

  • Change of court surface

  • Switch between indoor/outdoor court

Tie-Break Rules

  • A match tie-break is considered the 3rd set.

  • Each tie-break or match tie-break counts as 1 game.
