Most deposits arrive within a few minutes. If yours has not appeared, work through the steps below.

Step 1. Find your transaction hash (TXID)

Your TXID is in your sending wallet's transaction history. It is a long string of letters and numbers. Copy it before moving to the next step.

Step 2. Check the transaction on a blockchain explorer

Paste your TXID into the explorer for your network.

Step 3. Check the transaction status

Confirmed means the transaction went through on-chain. Continue to Step 4.

Pending means the transaction is waiting for confirmation. Wait a few minutes and check again.

Not found means the TXID may be incorrect or the transaction was never broadcast. Check your wallet again and contact support if the issue persists.

Step 4. Verify the destination address and network

Confirm the explorer shows your Flush deposit address as the destination and that the network matches what you selected in the cashier.

Step 5. Contact support

If the transaction is fully confirmed, sent to the correct Flush address, on the correct network, and still not showing after 30 minutes, contact live chat with your TXID ready.
