A blockchain explorer works like a parcel tracking website. It shows where a transaction is, whether it has confirmed, and where the funds went.
Step 1. Find your Transaction ID (TXID)
For deposits, find it in your sending wallet or exchange transaction history. For withdrawals, find it in the withdrawal confirmation from Flush.
A TXID is a long string of letters and numbers. Ethereum TXIDs start with 0x.
Step 2. Go to the correct explorer for your network
Network | Explorer | Currencies |
Bitcoin | blockchain.com | BTC |
Ethereum ERC-20 | etherscan.io | ETH, USDT, USDC |
Tron TRC-20 | tronscan.org | TRX, USDT |
BNB Smart Chain | bscscan.com | BNB |
Polygon | polygonscan.com | POL |
Litecoin | blockchair.com | LTC |
Dogecoin | blockchair.com | DOGE |
Step 3. Paste your TXID into the search bar
The explorer will return the transaction details including status, confirmations, destination address, amount and timestamp.
Step 4. Read the status
Confirmed means the transaction is complete on the blockchain. If a deposit still has not appeared at Flush, contact support with the TXID.
Pending means the transaction is in the mempool waiting to be processed. Wait a few minutes and refresh.
Not found means the TXID may be incorrect or the transaction was never broadcast. Check your wallet and contact support if needed.
