Most withdrawals arrive within a few minutes. If yours has not appeared in your wallet yet, work through the steps below.
Step 1. Check your withdrawal status in Flush
Go to your transaction history in the Flush cashier. Find the withdrawal and check its status.
Processing means Flush has received the request and is preparing it for broadcast.
Sent means the transaction has been broadcast to the blockchain. Continue to next step.
Step 2. Find your TXID
Once a withdrawal is sent, Flush provides a transaction hash (TXID). Find it in your withdrawal history. You will need it for the next step.
Step 3. Check the blockchain explorer
Paste your TXID into the explorer for your network.
Network | Explorer | Currencies |
Bitcoin | blockchain.com | BTC |
Ethereum ERC-20 | etherscan.io | ETH, USDT, USDC |
Tron TRC-20 | tronscan.org | TRX, USDT |
BNB Smart Chain | bscscan.com | BNB |
Polygon | polygonscan.com | POL |
Litecoin | blockchair.com | LTC |
Dogecoin | blockchair.com | DOGE |
Step 4. Check the destination address
Confirm the explorer shows the correct receiving wallet address. If the address shown is not your wallet, the funds were sent to the wrong address and cannot be recovered.
Step 5. Contact support
If the withdrawal shows as confirmed on the blockchain but has not appeared in your wallet after 30 minutes, contact live chat with your TXID ready.
